ORDER AND INVOICING SYSTEM

NAMOA Digital

Together with our partner we have developed an order and invoicing system that maps the digitalisation of the complete core business process:

  • No more (paper) order slips. From the commissioning to the processing to the invoicing, everything is handled in digital form
  • Increase of the transparency internally and also for the customer (every service can be traced. There is a history for every order, evaluation options, etc.)
  • Optimisation of the processes: time savings (particularly in invoicing through automation) and increase of the process safety (data cannot be deleted, every change is documented)

The system is flexible and is used or is currently being introduced for almost all customers. We generally work with NAMOA for new customers. Our customers also accept the execution of ordering and invoicing with NAMOA, as the system demonstrates corresponding added value and traceability. The added value is shown, among other things, in points such as a booking calendar, various approval and commissioning options, easy use, individual order masks, dashboards with overviews, auditing reliability, etc. NAMOA is constantly being developed further – including through experiences with customers – in order to improve the added value and the usability.
